Opportunity description
Job opportunity as a Quality Assurance Manager for a Casual Dining in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as a key manager within the Quality Assurance function alongside a knowledgeable management team.
- Manage a team of approx. ten staff.
- Manage and lead a range of technical services within the QA function including: centralized food complaints system; projects to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver brand and division strategy;iInfluence, agree, create, and brief policy and procedure; manage communications and performance reporting across Food and Starbucks Divisions.
- Manage complaints function to drive performance improvement across suppliers and stores.
- Working with stakeholders, define policy, standards, and procedures that are workable and delivered on time.
- Oversee key projects such as provision of Allergen and Nutritional data to guests across all stores, all markets, and other projects as they arise.
- Working with stakeholders, manage data and key communications within Food and Starbucks Divisions such as quarterly newsletter, ‘Food safety begins with me’ awareness programme, quarterly division performance reporting, and divisional review for senior manager meetings.
- Ensure compliance across Food and Starbucks divisions to regulation and company standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of managers and supervisors to ensure work quality is maintained and delivered to deadline.
- As a senior manager, lead, network, enforce, negotiate, and influence as needed.
