Opportunity description
The Arab Monetary Fund is looking for a HVAC Maintenance Technician in order to contribute in plan, program and execute preventive & corrective maintenance and running repairs of HVAC.
Responsibilities:
[1] Performing preventative maintenance as per the PPM program on HVAC systems, Diesel Generators, Plumping and Firefighting systems.
[2] Troubleshooting and repairing of Chillers, AHU, FCU, Split, Exhaust Fans, Pump and Electrical Panels.
[3] Carpentry and ironmongery.
[4] Maintaining inventory of all equipment and spare parts.
Requirements:
[1] Preferred Arab national, Maximum 45 years.
[2] Diploma in Electromechanical, Mechanical, HVAC or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building maintenance activities.
[3] Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
[4] Good communication skills.
