Job Opportunity as Digital Channels Team Member at Zain in Jordan 2019

Zain Group is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan for a full-time Digital Channels Team Member. Selected candidate will develop, design, deploy, and configure the daily operations, in addition to maintaining and supporting Zain e- channels in alignment to the business demand, technology architecture and roadmaps.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
3. Documenting & Reporting skills.
4. Research and Data gathering.
5. Troubleshooting & Consultation.
6. System Administration.
7. Follow up & Coordination.

Job Duties:

Daily tasks will be:

1. Developing virtual channels, mobility channels, eService, IVR, and e-Payment applications detailed plans, cross-functional business-process.
2. Using a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web and mobile applications.
3. Identify and troubleshoot various websites and mobile application issues and coding problems.
4. Developing the technical requirements and changes for e-Channels based on business input.
5. Participating in the development of RFP scopes/specifications/response assessment in alignment with vendor management.
6. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
