Saba IP is offering a great job opportunity to lawyers who have Bachelor of Laws and good skills to work as Legal Counsel in its Morocco Office. You will Answer the queries of the clients regarding legal enforcement matters for various IP rights in Morocco and for Moroccan clients across the world.
Responsibilities:
- Provides legal advice and recommends a course of action on how to tackle infringement/ counterfeit matters
- Manages, coordinates and monitors legal enforcement cases on various IP matters
- Prepares day-to-day correspondences and reports to clients
- Translates documents when needed
- Liaises with external lawyers and Saba branches to obtain their feedback on infringement cases and maintain the appropriate follow-up
- Reviews IP related agreements such as licensing, franchise, master development, copyright agreements, etc.
- Prepares annual audit reports for clients pertaining to legal matters handled by the firm
- Drafts final opposition briefs.
- Drafts counter-statements against adverse party’s responses
- Reviews the warning letters draft before being sent to the counterparts, and supervise their follow up
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws
- 2-4 years of experience
- Good command of French, English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills
- Good analytical skills
