Job Opportunity as Make-up Artist in Oman offered by Azadea

Azasea is offering job opportunity as a Make-up Artist in Oman, that will drive customer experience, sales, and business KPIs in the store in line with the business strategy through make-up applications, and make-up on the go, in addition to supporting the store manager to train the staff on product knowledge, make-up techniques and selling techniques.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. High School Degree or technical Baccalaureate.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in MS office.
4. Planning and Organizing Self -Development.
5. Communication Skills.
6. Cultural Awareness. 
7. Customer Focus.
8. Initiative.
9. Teamwork.

Duties:

1. Delivering business goals as defined with the Store Manager.
2. Supporting the Store Manager in training the store staff according to the team/individual needs, as well as supporting the onboarding of new colleagues.
3. Engaging customer to enjoy a unique and customized beauty make-up services at the make-up station.
4. Contributing to elevate team grooming, make-up looks and make-up expertise of the store team.
5. Guaranteeing standards as defined by store book and explained by the Store Manager.
6. Contributing to maintain standards in terms of the brand image including layout, merchandising, and proper housekeeping of the store.
7. Guaranteeing the constant update on market trends.
8. Collaborating with customer experience trainers when applicable.
