Leaders of Tomorrow, the organization that launched FORSA and other youth initiatives, is seeking to expand its leadership and management team. The organization is seeking an energetic, experienced team manager to join as the first-ever LOT Operations Manager.

Working in close partnership with the founder and CEO, the Operations Manager oversees all operational aspects of the organization. A successful Operations Manager intelligently directs human and financial resources toward reaching the organization’s goals.

This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with 4+ years of relevant professional experience, and proven success as a team manager, will be considered.
