Job Opportunity as Trademark Watch Coordinator for Saba IP in Lebanon

Saba IP is offering a great job opportunity to those who have Bachelor in Business/ English Language and good skills to work as Trademark Watch Coordinator in its Lebanon Office.

Responsibilities:

1. Determines and detects a trademark infringement and notifies clients when it occurs
2. Prepares watch notices and sends them to clients
3. Updates the database through access of input and analysis of data available
4. Researches via internet, official gazettes, etc.
5. Prepares and follows up on invoices
6. Checks and reviews emails constantly with a leading action to correspond with clients
7. Performs clearance check and works on conflict resolution when needed

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business/ English Language
2. 0-2 years of experience/ Knowledge in Intellectual Property is a plus
3. Excellent command of English & Arabic/ Any key European language is a plus
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Strong problem solving skills
7. Effective presentation and communication skills
8. Database management and record keeping
9. Gathering and analyzing information skillfully
10. Attention to details
