Dopravo offers a job position as a UX/UI Designer. Applicants must be passionate about crafting digital experiences to create compelling customer experience and journeys in both web and mobile interfaces. They should be aware of best practices of web design and mobile apps design, and user-centered design principles. Designers would work closely with information architects, business analysts, product manager to design all elements of the product in terms of layouts, UI theme & branded visual components such as typography, color scheme, etc. Their primary role include product design from conceptualization, design, prototyping, all the way to a pixel perfect design across many platforms.
Main responsibilities:
[1] Inspire, create & design interactive concepts and compositions.
[2] Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
[3] Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
[4] Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
[5] Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
[6] Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
[7] Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
[8] Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
[9] Stay up to date with latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
[1] Bachelor degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject.
[2] Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio in web and mobile apps.
[3] Proven track record in designing award-winning apps either in web or mobile apps.
[4] Extensive experience in mastering Adobe CC Suite, Sketch and Invision with a very good understanding of the entire digital process, including technical constraints.
[5] Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
[6] Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps.
[7] Prior knowledge of user experience, information architecture, and user-centric design.
[8] Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
