BAC Middle East is looking for a Business Development Assistant to be responsible for supporting the company in acquiring new leads in various segments by identifying opportunities, marketing product, and service information through route calls, as well as following up. The position will be in Dubai with traveling of up to 40% within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
[1] Research organizations to identify new leads and learn contact points of key decision makers
[2] Route call/email potential leads to market products and services
[3] Answer inquiries and clarify desired information
[4] Follow up on leads to establish rapport where necessary
[5] Recognize opportunities, forward, and set up meetings
[6] Systematically document and maintain all lead information
[7] Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations by responding positively to feedback, be knowledgeable in the brand and products through training
[8] Be creative in the application of solutions to market products through support
Requirements:
[1] A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
[2] Less than two years of experience
[3] Ambitious to learn for career development
[4] Communication and listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understanding concerns, and overcome objections
[5] High level of strategic and analytical thinking skills
[6] Proactive working style with good team spirit and interpersonal skills
[7] Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline with limited resources
[8] Strong IT fluency
[9] Ability to travel within the country
