Aramex offers a job opportunity as a CRM specialist in Jordan.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IE or any related field.
- From 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience is desirable.
- Analytical skills and capability to interpret data needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer centricity and keen attention to detail.
- Report writing skills are desirable.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on a global scale.
- English language proficiency is needed.
- Be a team player.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Meet SLAs by actioning requests on the ticketing system.
- Ensure the account opening process is handled correctly and in a timely manner.
- Manage the CRM system and ensure all sales teams are trained & equipped to use the system.
- Ensure continuity of customer data integrity in the system.
- Prepare non - financial CRM reports as needed.
- Manage the efficiency of the lead management process.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely corrective actions.
- Implement CRM policies and procedures within corporate standards.
