You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IE or any related field.
• From 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience is desirable.
• Analytical skills and capability to interpret data needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer centricity and keen attention to detail.
• Report writing skills are desirable.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on a global scale.
• English language proficiency is needed.
• Be a team player.

Your Responsibilities:  

You will be responsible for: 

1. Meet SLAs by actioning requests on the ticketing system.
2. Ensure the account opening process is handled correctly and in a timely manner.
3. Manage the CRM system and ensure all sales teams are trained & equipped to use the system.
4. Ensure continuity of customer data integrity in the system.
5. Prepare non - financial CRM reports as needed.
6. Manage the efficiency of the lead management process.
7. Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely corrective actions.
8. Implement CRM policies and procedures within corporate standards.
