Job Opportunity as a Category Manager at Delivery Hero in Germany 2021

Delivery Hero offers a job opportunity for a Category Manager to join the team specialized in Global Procurement and Marketing in Berlin, Germany for 2021. 

Tasks:

1. You will be responsible for the strategic procurement of marketing goods and services while balancing main objectives like time, cost & quality.
2. You work in close cooperation with senior leaders from respective business units.
3. You will focus on sustainable optimization of profit contribution from strategic procurement activities.
4. You manage relationships with major external partners for categories in scope.
5. You will interact with adequate procurement responsibilities in local entities.
6. You are involved in procurement excellence & development projects.

Qualifications:

1. You gained at least 3 years of experience in the procurement field or comparable experience, ideally in a company with a comparable size and complexity as Delivery Hero.
2. You have worked as sourcing/category manager for marketing.
3. You have fluent English skills, and you are able to communicate effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders. Good German skills are a plus.
4. You are a motivated, stress-resistant person, who strives for excellence, is open-minded and has a positive mindset.
