Roya TV is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join their team.
Job responsibilities:
[1] Managing advertising campaigns: create contracts, booking orders, and follow up on materials.
[2] Tracking and monitoring the campaigns.
[3] Respond to enquirers from media agencies, direct clients, and sales team regarding campaign-related issues.
[4] Reporting periodically to account managers on the campaign performance.
[5] Managing internal and external communications.
Job requirements:
[1] Proficiency in MS Office.
[2] Good command of spoken and written English.
[3] Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
[4] Service oriented.
[5] Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
