Seedstars is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team in Portugal for a full-time position as a Content Marketing Manager. The Seedstars group is experiencing at the moment exponential growth so the Manager will be able to support this growth coming up with creative solutions and embrace the challenge with a resilient and iterative mindset. As a central team, it works jointly with the product managers on:

[1] More than 100 events organized throughout the year in more than 65 countries in emerging markets

[2] Five 3-day Regional Summit in Latin America, Africa, MENA, Asia and Africa

[3] Summit flagship event in Switzerland

[4] Ten tech entrepreneurs hubs in emerging markets

[5] Programs and trainings

About the role:

The mission of the Content Marketing Manager is to use content marketing as the tool to optimize every day to meet marketing goals. The two main challenges of this position are to be able to create and generate the best content as well as to distribute it to the organization’s community in the most effective way. Key responsibilities include:

[1] Managing and generating content: articles, pictures, videos, infographics, etc. following the strategy of the group

[2] Generating, editing and sharing content on social media and on the blog

[3] Managing and optimizing content distribution through social media, website and newsletter

[4] Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics on the website through data-driven analysis and decisions

Job Requirements:

[1] Previous relevant experience in content marketing, blog edition, writing and social media 

[2] Excellent writing skills in English

[3] Being a blogger in the past is a great plus

[4] Reading articles and consuming content on topics on a daily basis

[5] Knowing how to embody a brand on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)

[6] As a digital marketer, applicants need to know how to spot trending topics and how to find the best keywords

[7] Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

[8] Strong belief in getting things done
