Job Opportunity as a Credit Controller for Emirati Citizens in JAMS Company in Dubai

JAMS company in Dubai invites holders of a Bachelor of Business Administration to apply for a full-time job opportunity as a Credit Controller for 1-2 years. 

Responsibilities:

[1] Checking customer's credit situation

[2] Setting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balances

[3] Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans

[4] Assisting in the setting up of the credit control system

[5] Ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner

[6] Meeting cash and debtor daily targets set by the Firm

[7] Chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter within agreed timescales

[8] Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity

[9] Identifying changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness

[10] Providing accurate advice on billing queries

[11] Responding promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries

[12] Proposing write off irrecoverable receivables

[13] Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management

[14] Undertaking account reconciliations as required

[15] Ensuring monthly processing deadlines are met as required

[16] Sending out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time

Skills requirements:

[1] Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

[2] Good business acumen for problem solving

[3] Competency with large ERP systems

[4] Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders

[5] Must have UAE driving license

[6] Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
