Opportunity description

Ooredoo is looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Customer Care specialist to join the team in Ramallah, Palestine, where they will receive the clients’ requests according to the instructions and regulations of the company. It is a position that requires eight working hours with 40 minute breaks, the contract is temporary for eight months and renewable. 

Main tasks:

[1] Receiving calls from clients, answering their inquiries and handling their requests whether they are individuals or companies, in addition to delivering these requests efficiently and professionally

[2] Understanding the requests of the clients shall be carefully considered and verified in accordance with the policy, and making entries of relevant information

[3] Documenting requests that can’t be executed through the phone call accurately, and sending them to manufacturers to work on them

[4] Committing to the schedule by the General Administration of Customer Service

[5] Documenting and communicating the comments and suggestions received from clients to the direct supervisor

[6] Selling Wataniya Mobile products and services to potential clients

Qualifications and skills required:

[1] An undergraduate degree in administrative and literary majors only. The company encourages university students in similar disciplines and who have successfully passed a total of 60 credit hours to apply, as well as housewives who do not currently work and have good qualifications

[2] Very good communication skills and knowledge of the fundamentals of dealing with clients

[3] Flexibility to work in different shifts during the day, with the ability to work under pressure

[4] Resident in Ramallah or able to relocate to Ramallah

[5] Ability to handle various computer programs

[6] Good knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking)

[7] Flexibility to work at different speeds
