Job Opportunity as a Growth Lead for Starseeds Organization in Portugal

Seedstars invites hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to apply for a full-time position as a Growth Lead in Portugal. The main responsibility will be to lead the Online Growth efforts of the organization across the globe and across different ventures, in collaboration with the head of marketing and the rest of the marketing team. The employee will also be responsible for the increasing acquisition through the website related to the following products:

[1] Programs and events

[2] Online products

[3] Physical entrepreneurs hubs 

Key responsibilities:

[1] Working together with the marketing team and the product managers to lead the growth efforts on the products

[2] Designing and implementing website/app analytics and reporting

[3] Leading performance marketing (management and optimization, Re-marketing, Facebook ads Campaigns, SEO, referral marketing)

[4] Defining, setting up and implementing growth hacking and monetization strategies

[5] Supporting the group’s business units to reach their online acquisition objectives

Requirements:

[1] Having experience in working with different online marketing channels

[2] A very data driven/analytical person

[3] Having experience with OKRs & and running experiments

[4] Having knowledge of basic tools (e.g. WordPress, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.)

[5] Strong belief in getting things done 

[6] Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
