Aramex offers a job opportunity as a last-mile innovation associate. You will improve the performance of Last Mile Innovation (LMI) modalities by developing actionable plans derived from performance data and reports. This role also requires leading a team of performance-oriented analysts and closely collaborating with leaders amongst LMI division to execute strategic plans. Efforts also extend to identifying key metrics to guide the focus of the LMI and ensuring targets are achieved.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- From 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- English and Arabic language skills.
- Be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of BI Systems is a plus (Tableau, Power BI, etc).
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a performance-oriented environment.
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Knowledge in data collection systems or a proven ability to apply new systems effectively.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
- High work ethic.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor performance reports and identifies potential bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
- Develop guidelines for report templates and formats for LMI analysts to build.
- Provide a detailed summary of supply status to LMI manager to action against.
- Construct action plans to fulfill supply requirements for LMI modalities across the network.
- Collaborate closely with the sales & operations planning team to build a monthly supply plan.
- Identify key metrics for performance improvement across newly launched LMI modalities.
- Improve current data reporting methods alongside the data design team and guarantee data unification.
- Cooperate with LMI operations in building and executing SOPs to improve on-ground operations.
- Generate tailored criteria for performance management on a country level.
- Perform regular maintenance and improvements on the performance dashboard according to business needs.
- Validate algorithms built by data design team through stress testing.
- Conduct and lead weekly meetings amongst division leaders that are performance-focused.
- Cater for seasonal peaks through rigorous planning and ensure perfect execution.
- Coordinate a team of LMI analysts and make certain KPIs are met.
- Stay up to date with latest technologies and innovations in the supply chain industry.
