Opportunity description

Orange offers a job opportunity as a legal corporate affairs officer. You will maintain an organized legal filing system and contractual records and documentation & perform administrative functions related to the corporate department.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • From 0 to 2 Years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task &meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under stress.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Maintain an organized legal filing system and contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
  2. Provide status reports on a monthly/quarterly basis for different departments that require actions from their side.
  3. Liaising with members of other departments to follow up required signatures for any contracts and handle the administrative support required for contract signatures.
  4. Perform administrative functions related to the corporate department.
  5. Following up with business departments regarding contract renewals and/or termination dates and required signatures and supporting documents for signatures.
  6. Providing administrative assistance to the lawyers, proofreading and basic translations.
  7. As required review Arabic and English translations or provide summaries of Arabic documents.
  8. Draft and review basic contractual documents such as NDAs, basic standard agreements.
  9. Validate signatory authority for the clients and suppliers.
