Job Opportunity as a Mobile App Developer for iOS and Android at FORSA in Jordan

FORSA is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Mobile App Developer living in Jordan with experience in iOS and Android to join the team. Responsibilities include development, testing, and editing of our mobile applications, while also working in a fast-paced and always-changing work environment.  This requires diligence and responsibility, being able to communicate well with colleagues, paying attention to details in a professional manner, and believing in FORSA’s mission all while respecting the diversity of our team. 

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

[1] Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field

[2] Minimum of 1-3 year experience developing production-ready code

[3] Work experience in iOS/Android development and related technologies

[4] Experience with third-party libraries (API, REST, and SOUP)

[5] Experience with memory management, caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices, Git, software development in Objective-Cand Swift and Android Studio, and Agile development

[6] Fluency in Arabic and a high level of comfort with English

[7] Good time management and problem solving skills

[8] One or more published apps in a major app store

[9] Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, security, session management, and best development techniques
