Azadea Group is looking for a hardworking Counter Sales Associate to be responsible for selling food items, organizing the counter operations, and ensuring all orders are set on time in City Mall in Jordan.
Main responsibilities:
[1] Greeting and serving walk-in customers providing high level service through product knowledge and based on the set procedures
[2] Processing the orders received from Waiters and setting them according to serving standards then ensuring they are presented to customers within the serving timeframe
[3] Receiving the daily orders, checking the items according to the order specifications, displaying them in the presentation fridge and replenishing regularly while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards
[4] Taking part in the opening and closing duties in compliance with the norms and internal procedures
[5] Maintaining and reporting all records such as; the daily training, taste panels and wastage forms and reporting any complaints or operation issues to the Manager
[6] Receiving and handling cash payments including exchange and money transactions while following the set policies
[7] Placing orders for needed products from the Stock Keeper in coordination with the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager
[8] Receiving and preparing takeaway orders making sure they are wrapped according to standards and taking special orders from customers
[9] Ensuring a clean environment by implementing hygiene practices such as “Clean as you go” policy and sanitation of the counter display
Qualifications:
[1] High School Degree
[2] No or one year of experience in customer service
[3] Fluency in English
[4] Analytical Thinking
