Eligibility:
You must have:
- Aptitude to resolve technical issues related to IT services and relevant technical background.
- Experience in project management “customer-facing”.
- Experience in deploying pure infrastructure projects as well as cloud solutions in data centers.
- Animation and management of a multicultural team both virtually & onsite.
- Experience in creating/maintaining/growing customer relations while always seeking customer satisfaction.
- Possess rapport and interpersonal skills that allow adapting to different interlocutors.
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
- University degree in Engineering or Science, master degree in Computer Science/Applications or BS Computer or equivalent is preferred.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, Prince 2, etc.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus, both written and oral communication skills.
- Be flexible.
- The company builds and operates these solutions for clients who range from SMEs to Large Accounts, in all business sectors worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure the overall management of projects after validating all perimeters.
- Lead the project team (suppliers, data center teams, technical experts, etc.).
- Guarantee compliance with the budget, planning, and quality of projects.
- Anticipate and mitigate the risks likely to affect the project.
- Ensure proper communication within your projects (reporting, committees...) internally and to all stakeholders/clients.
