Job Opportunity as a Sensory Lab AB Scientist in Beauty Care in Singapore in P&G

P&G is looking for a passionate individual for the beauty sensory lab in Singapore. Located at the P&G Singapore innovation center, the individual will be part of the beauty measurement science capability organization. You will work in multi-functional innovation teams and commercial partners. You should demonstrate a strong iterative innovation mindset & skills. You should demonstrate leadership and positive collaboration with multi-functional teams.

Eligibility:

You must have:

1. Masters or Ph.D. degree in science or related fields.
2. Specialization or additional qualification in Sensory Science, Neurosensory, Food Science, Cognitive Science or Behavioral Science Market research is preferred.
3. From 2 to 5 years' proven experience. Prior experience in food, fine fragrances or the FMCG industry that involves sensorial measurements is preferred.
4. Strong working knowledge and skills across the full spectrum of sensory methods (Affective, Effective, and perception).
5. Experience in using different kinds of statistical methods (tools, systems, software, etc.).
6. Ability to travel overseas for training period from 3-6 months when appropriate.
7. Strong leadership, collaboration, presentation & communication skills (oral & written communication) to work with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Quickly onboard with current efforts across beauty measurement sciences, including the other sensory labs in Cincinnati (USA).
• Establish sensory measurement protocols and execute tests for clients.
• Analyze data independently and make a clear conclusion and suggest the next steps.
• Establish operational principles and processes and lead all aspects of daily operations including interaction with clients and consumers/panelists.
• Find opportunities for synergy and scale with other similar facilities in other P&G sites.
