Opportunity description

Zain Kuwait is looking for a qualified specialist to join the Marketing Acquisition team, as they would primarily be responsible for developing new acquisition initiatives catered for the costumer segment and managing the product life cycle which would require close coordination with all relevant stakeholders of the product to ensure it is launched on time.

Responsibilities:

[1] Designing and implementing Consumer acquisition campaigns and initiatives for prepaid entities, taking into consideration market dynamics, trends, offerings, and pricing points by mentoring the Kuwaiti market in comparison with the competition. Additionally, coordinate with various stakeholders with in the company for the offerings, business cases including developing clear communication campaign aiming to help boost the product or offering performance, and to ensure all operational activities are run smoothly.

[2] Coordinating with the Sales Division to better understand their needs and get the necessary feedback on the products in the market, communicate the mystery shopper findings, provide alternative solutions based on the findings, and follow up on these solutions.

[3] Daily monitoring of the performance within the product portfolio related to the product or offer covering: raising flags (if any), weekly reporting, as well as ensuring full understanding of the commission scheme given to the Sales Division, which requires close involvement on any revamp conducted on the commission scheme that will directly affect the acquisition product.

[4] Performing all the above mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, and to report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to Data Control Department immediately. Also ensuring that all team members are following mentioned policies.

Requirements:

[1] Bachelor degree in business, marketing, statistics, or MIS

[2] Minimum three years relevant professional experience (preferably in the telecoms industry)

[3] Fluent in Arabic/English

[4]  Advanced in MS Office specially Excel
