Job Opportunity as a Traveling Associate at Seedstars in Various Countries Around the World

Are you looking to join an impact driven organization, travel all across Latin America, and help scout for the best tech startups in these regions? 

Seedstarts is looking for a Traveling Associate who is excited about traveling almost nonstop for six months to scout for the best tech startups in multiple countries. The Traveling Associate will organize pitching events (with the help of local ambassadors), and interact with the most active startup ecosystem builders in each country, from corporates to governments, startups, mentors, and investors. They will travel in a team of two people most of the times, and get support from the regional manager, the local ambassadors and the entire global team.

Key responsibilities:

[1] You will be responsible for the production of local events (on average 15 city events) from conception through to completion

[2] On a day-to-day, your responsibilities will run from organizing (logistics, sourcing of startups, relationship with local partners, selection of jury & mentors, etc.) to managing the local pitching events in the region 

[3] Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every local event

[4] You will play a crucial role in the overall business development and sales process

Requirements:

[1] Previous relevant experience with the job 

[2] Flexibility and International exposure - This job only makes sense for someone who is passionate about traveling and excited to go somewhere completely new, often on very little notice 

[3] Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

[4] Strong belief in getting things done. Working in remote with an international team, you have to be comfortable working alone, and capable to prioritize and make things happen
