Hilti is looking for Account Managers from all different backgrounds to join its high performing sales team in Oman. As an Account Manager, you’ll be out and about visiting customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how you can help them. It’s a really hands-on job, which means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling state-of-the-art software along with all the services and after-care that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about nurturing relationships with warm and responsive customers, and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
Requirements:
[1] A bachelor’s degree, ideally in civil or mechanical engineering
[2] Minimum of two to three years work experience in sales at the jobsite within the construction industry
[3] An agile approach to solving problems
[4] Strong communication and interpersonal skills
[5] Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
