Zain Bahrain offers a full time job as an accountant. Handling all Zain Bahrain financial suppliers, provide financial information to management through research, analysis of accounting data, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
2. Check, customize, publish and reconcile transactions.
3. Maintain, review and control general ledger accounts.
4. Register and continuously update suppliers' accounts by contacting with other functions.
5. Close all accounts of open / unqualified suppliers by making periodic adjustments.
6. Process invoices and payments by checking documents and exchange requests.
7. Settlement of supplier claims in a timely manner, while maintaining the accounts receivable and debited / receivable from suppliers.
8. Reconcile financial contradictions by collecting and analyzing account information.
9. Reconciling purchase orders / receipts to ensure balance between goods requested and received.
10. Maintain and control the record of fixed assets, close assets and reconcile physical and physical inventory.
11. Retention of fixed asset reserves and accounting records in the accounting system.
12. Manage the details and accounting activities of real estate leases.
13. Track rental changes and make sure that the ownership system is accounted for.
14. Prepare all journal entries, schedules, and balance sheet adjustments including prepaid rent, straight line rental, sublease, and CAM receivables related to new and existing leases.
15. Maintain all original contracts and update contract summaries (payments and amounts due) on a monthly basis and on a need basis.
16. End-of-month and year-end closing support.
17. Implementation of administrative management requirements.
18. Perform any job-related task as required or required.

Eligibility:
1.Bahraini citizen.
2.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in related accounting field.
3.CPA or ACCA certification.
4.Minimum 2-4 years of relative experience.
