Job Opportunity as an EDP Specialist at Azadea Foundation in Jordan 2018

Azadea Foundation is looking for an EDP Specialist to be responsible for integrating and monitoring electronic data and ensuring its proper import and export on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Validate and schedule the import/export of the electronic data on daily basis.
2. Ensure the communication of needed documents by importing received data, consolidating it with the system data, and updating the difference upon receipt.
3. Provide concerned departments with needed documents and support related to data integration.
4. Monitor the data integration tools and logs to resolve related problems and validate the electronic data files for assigned modules.
5. Follow-up with the IT department/ supplier concerning any error in the imported electronic files.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or IT.
2. 2 to 3 years of Experience in a related field.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Fluency in English.
