Opportunity description
The Arab Monetary Fund is looking for an Editing and Translation Officer to work in the Economic and Technical Department of the Fund.
Responsibilities:
[1] Review and audit of studies, research, reports and economic and financial publications prepared in Arabic and English.
[2] Translation of documents, studies and reports from and to Arabic and English and preferably the ability to translate to and from French.
[3] Coordinating the output of the Fund's publications in accordance with the policies adopted in this regard.
[4] Translation of the standards, principles and guides issued by the international institutions and bodies into Arabic.
Qualifications:
[1] PhD or Master's Degree in Languages or Translation from a recognized university.
[2] Experience of at least 5 years in the field of editing and translation in the economic and financial fields in Arabic and English and preferably fluent in editing and translation in French.
[3] Appropriate knowledge using computer applications.
