Opportunity description

JAMS HR Solutions is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform general office housekeeping and maintain a positive and clean work environment at all times.
  2. Assist in making arrangements for Company’s meetings and ensure office supplies are available as and when needed.
  3. Provide an efficient and effective general administration support service to ensure smooth functioning of departments (e.g. photocopying, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.)
  4. Organize and maintain a variety of records and files related to departmental operations and ensure office filing and storage systems are properly maintained.
  5. Other roles and special projects as required.
  6. Ensure work flow from day to day departmental operations is  conducted in an orderly and timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
  2. Must have minimum two Years Experience in a similar role
  3. Knowledge of Hindi & English
  4. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  5. Knowledge of record keeping and filing methods
  6. Working knowledge of computers
  7. Operating knowledge of standard office equipments (scanner, photocopier, computers)
  8. Self-Management
