Opportunity description
Azadea Group has a vacancy in one of its brands, Eetaly in Dubai, for an F&B Junior Event Planner, that will be responsible for assisting in creating and executing events that will improve the traffic and the setting in the store.
Eligibility:
- One year of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support in developing shop/restaurant public/private events and promotions calendar in close collaboration with chefs, authors, and other guest educators.
- Produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
- Assist in the promotion and communication of the events within the shop/restaurant.
- Input event's related data, analyze and generate report accordingly in order to properly evaluate the success of the set event.
- Assist in the collection, production and review of information materials (recipes, tasting notes etc.) and menus.
