Charterhouse is looking for a hardworking Internal Recruiter to help the organization grow its team primarily focusing on Entertainment, Marketing and Social Media roles. The position is in Dubai, is permanent, and will cover both regional and international recruitment, so it requires someone who truly enjoys recruitment and making a difference.
Who can apply?
[1] The ideal applicant for this role must have a minimum of 3 years with recruitment experience, preferably within both agency and in-house recruitment
[2] Applicants must have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for identifying not only the right skill set for the role but also understanding the cultural dynamics of the business to ensure the best possible hires are being made
[3] Applicants must have knowledge of visa regulations, on-boarding and the ability to deal with all levels of company stakeholders
[4] Due to extensive communication with the head office, a native English speaker is required for this role as is someone that is able to travel with limited visa restrictions
[5] Applicants must have strong IT skills, must be able to handle large levels of responsibility and work well under pressure
Benefits:
The salary will be 17,000-22,000 AED.
