Amaris group for International Technologies and Management Consulting is looking for an IT Talent Manger to be the promoter of Mantu’s values and office rules and the representative of a Governance onsite and the link between the HUB manager and the people in the Governance onsite and report directly to the head of governance. In addition, the IT Talent Manager should know the temperature of people working for the IT department on a local hub and be able to see problems before happening regarding culture, management, the interest of the project, low or over staffing and performance. The company gives support for its client in their different locations all over the world and needs excellent and creative minds to help in this target.
Responsibilities:
Management activities
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
- Review performance data to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of department processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
Performance management
Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
Recruitment & Retention
Work with Recruitment Department to recruit, interview, select, hire and employ an appropriate number of employees according to the department budget and the approved recruitment planning.
Talent Management
Lead the yearly meetings of the direct managers.
Training & Coaching
Consolidate and manage the training needs of the work perimeter in order to support the delivery and the growth of the employees
Hub development & animation
As a management committee member, ensure the follow-up of the HR indicators and propose corrective actions
Role of logistic follower
Be sure that salary packages are correct. Expense management
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources Management or related technical discipline.
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner, with strong understanding and insight of the IT market in Tunisia.
- Skilled in negotiation, coaching, conflict management.
- Excellent people management skills
- Business proficient level of English.
