Opportunity description
Amaris in Tunisia is hiring “Product Owners” to contribute on its growth. The Product Owner will manage a backlog through direct contact with the development team and internal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Work with the product manager to understand the business needs.
- Creating and maintaining the scenarios by products.
- Benchmarking market solutions.
- Following-up business evolutions in relation to the product.
- Animating the community by product.
- Ensuring the product is marketable (quality, communication, competitors comparison).
- Product Ownership:
- Communicating with internal clients (IT Business Partners, Key Users, Users).
- Managing engineering requirements (catalogue, priorities, objectives, …).
- Documenting requirements (why, what, when, who).
- Documenting user stories.
- Managing a module backlog.
- Prioritizing module backlog.
- Steering the development team work.
- Managing the communication with the development team.
- Being the single point of contact for the development team.
- Ensuring project coordination service by providers (UX, BPM, IS Architecture).
- Planning deliveries based on the development team velocity.
- Communicating on the module development.
Requirements:
- A master degree in Business Analysis, Management, or the IT field.
- English and French fluency is required.
- A dynamic, structured, organized, and problem solving personality.
- Agile methodology skills are an asset.
