Job Opportunity at Amaris in Tunisia: UX/UI Designer

Amaris group for International Technologies and Management Consulting is looking for UX/UI Designer to be in charge of improving usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided when using software by working with Product Managers on Product User Experience design. The Company gives support for its client in their different locations all over the world and needs excellent and creative to help in this target. Amaris expects to triple its workforce within the next few years and reach a leading international position in independent consulting.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities would be to:

1. Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team interacting with people from different departments and regions around the world.
2. Create user-centric solutions and eye-catching user interfaces that help to maximize the business impact.
3. Under the supervision of the Design Lead, you solve design and usability challenges by applying UX methods: wireframes, prototypes, user flows, personas; and move fast from one aspect to another (whiteboard to execution).
4. Interview users/stakeholders to get essential feedback to identify issues and improve future versions of the applications.
5. Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
6. Produce design documentation and create expected deliverables: visual guides and style, visual design concepts, high fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes.
7. Constantly monitor top design trends and user-interface best practices to enhance the user-interface of the applications.

Requirements:

1. UI/UX Design experience in Digital Environment (E-commerce, Web apps, Mobile Apps).
2. Advanced level of UI skills to create intuitive and functional user interfaces.
3. Have an eye for clean and artful design.
4. Good understanding of UX Methods and Design Thinking process.
5. Strong experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Balsamic (with Sketch etAxure).
6. Experience with different platforms supports Web (Desktop + Mobile), Native (Mobile + Tablet).
7. Good command of French and English.

Preferred Requirements:

1. Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
2. Experience working in an Agile environment.
3. Strong digital portfolio to be presented.
4. Education:

•  Degree in Design, Multimedia or Computer science.
•  Graduated from Engineering School or hold a Master's Degree with an IT specialty.
