Opportunity description
Azadea group offers a job opportunity in Beirut, Lebanon as a Junior HRMS Specialist, that will be entrusted with providing effective execution of integrated HR applications and systems programming, and technical support.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent certificate (OCA / OCP – preferred).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in Oracle (Forms/Report, PLSQL), SQL Server is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering information and identifying gaps to define the requirements needed to provide solutions that are aligned to best practices.
- Develop and document solutions to standardize, automate and satisfy HR requirements to effectively meet business needs.
- Support existing users both onsite and remotely on the optimal use of the system and related processes.
- Test system components to maintain its performance and security and provide recommendations on enhancements.
