Bank al Etihad in Jordan is looking for Call Center Advisor.
Responsibilities:
This role is primarily responsible for:
- Attending customer inbound calls and resolves queries/ issues directed to Call Center to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Informs customers about the various products and services offered by the Bank.
- Follows-up closes or escalates queries to different functions/ departments/ branches to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Assists in implementing new initiatives undertaken periodically.
- Handle client queries related to transactions and product capabilities.

Bank al Etihad has a network of 47 branches across the Kingdom, in Amman and outside Amman. In addition to 94 ATMs, and a central ATM. There is also a branch in Ramallah, Palestine.
