Chalhoub Group in UAE is looking for a Senior Commercial Data Analyst. As a Senior Data Analyst for Commercial, you will take the lead on initiatives and analyses that provide insight into Chalhoub Group sales channels. You will be a go-to resource for leaders looking to understand their business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performing analyses that identify risks and opportunities for trading
• Recommending optimizations to omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Producing commercial reports for senior leaders including the executive team
• Advocating changes to business processes to increase group profitability
• Acting as a thought leader on e-commerce, social media, and app ecosystems
• Mentoring other analysts and sharing your best practices with the group
• Working with the team to operationalize and deliver impact with data products
• Championing the collection of high-quality data in the group various sales channels
• Keeping your knowledge up to date via training and on the job learning
• Being a positive ambassador of the broader data organization and culture

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated technical background with deep knowledge of e-commerce
• Extensive hands-on analytics knowledge, from reporting to predictive analytics
• Ability to thrive in a complex environment and create order from chaos
• Talent to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences alike
