Opportunity description

Dell is looking for a Technical Support Agent and Italian speaker to join its remote technical assistance team in Casablanca, as well as providing telephone and email assistance to the European customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing first-level support.
  2. Using troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues.
  3. Assigning incidents in line with documented guidelines and procedures.
  4. Actively supporting the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, along with keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident.
  5. Clearly and concisely logging and tracking details of solutions provided to resolve customer issue while maintaining and updating customer database.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Certificate/Diploma in computing.
  2. Working knowledge of PC architecture/technology.
  3. Fluent in Italian.
  4. Ability to analyze and solve technical problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills.
  5. Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent telephone and customer handling skills.
  7. Ability to handle stressful situations and deal professionally with irate customers.
