Honeywell, a company which invents and manufactures technologies addressing some of the world’s most critical challenges around energy, safety, security, productivity, and global urbanization, is looking for a Human Resources Services Specialist to join the team in Dubai.

The HRS Specialist will work with internal and external customers, business leaders, and will be responsible of the timely delivery of the high quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies. This position main focus is on the country assigned and will closely co-operate with the HRS team members and all related department and also work with different Service Hubs. The HRS Specialist will be responsible to fulfill wide range of HRS operation related tasks from admin to projects according to the Service Catalog and Service Level Agreement.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide flawless end to end execution of Human Resource services and processes to support business objectives.
2. Build easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of Human Resource solutions.
3. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a progressive and global Human Resources organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant HR or Administrative field.
2. Confident user of MS Office packages.
3. Some experience within an administrative role.
4. Fluent communicator in English and Arabic.
5. Ability to work in the UAE without sponsorship.
