JAMS HR Solutions is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description:

1. Efficient management of purchasing cycle to achieve both working capital and service levels.
2. Validate and adjust suppliers’ production plans for priorities by range in line with customer backlog needs.
3. Coordinate material expeditions, MOS changes to meet projects deliverables and expectations.
4. Ensure constant system updates related to open purchases to reflect changes in PD and GIT status.
5. Continuous focus on improving lead time by monitoring supplier performance and deployment of corrective actions when and where needed.
6. Supporting shipments to end destination by ensuring supplier compliance to freight modes, packing requirement as per details mentioned on POs, in compliance with agreed terms and conditions of sale.
7. Timely coordination with finance and warehouse teams to clear all supplier invoice holds.
8. Adherence to LT enquires and availability checks to support upcoming intake pipeline/upcoming demand.
9. Maintain communication balance between suppliers and customer service teams.
10. Maintain excellent relationship with supplier bases located in the USA, EMEA and Asia.
11. Process and maintain air freight requests.
12. Immediate attention and resolution to logistical claims, shortages, and NCRs.

Qualifications:

• Applicants form  outside the United Arab Emirates must have an employment Visa.
• Applicants need to have two to three years experience in the same field.
