La Sorogeeka Interiors is looking for a 3D Designer and Technician to join the team. Reporting to the Chief Designer, this role deal with the drafting of complete projects as well as detailed drafting of furniture, lights, soft furnishings, and accessories of ultra luxury projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Top Quality 3D Models.
- Assist in Drafting AutoCAD Drawings for 4-6 Projects at a time.
- Create Full Project Walkthroughs- beneficial, not essential.
- Constantly Update Library by Rendering New Furniture, Lights, Accessories and Soft-Furnishing Pieces in 3D.
Professional Qualifications:
- Recognized Qualification in Interior Design/Architecture/Relevant Computer Software Course.
- 3D and Graphic Design Skills.
- Preferred Software Knowledge Includes 3Ds MAX, SketchUp, Maya, AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines and time pressures.
- Proven experience managing multiple and competing priorities in a positive and self directed manner.
- Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently or as a member of a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
