Job Opportunity at Nestlé Egypt: Cocoa & Malt Beverages & RTD Manager

Nestlé Egypt is offering a job opportunity as coca and malt beverages and ready-to-drink manager, which will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing management and development of brands for the cocoa & malt beverages and ready-to-drink categories. Tasks include activities such as developing brand plans, execution of the plans including ATL, BTL & new product launches, managing the marketing budget and tracking of brand performance & activities ROI.

Required Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years Brand Management experience in FMCG company.
2. Experience working abroad or working in a regional role.
3. Strong analytical capabilities.
4. Strategic planning & project management capabilities.
5. Consumer communication experience.
6. Results-oriented attitude.
7. Ability to build personal relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and transparent communication.
8. Ability to take initiative.

Job Duties:

1. Conduct full market analysis including competitive activities and products.
2. Develop & implement the brand plans including new product launches & marketing activities. This includes ATL & BTL activities development and execution in line with Nestle guidelines.
3. Go through the Business Planning cycle.
4. Coach and direct team or individuals from other functions/countries to achieve a specific goal.
5. Monitor PFME budgets as per the approved figure.
