Orange company requires a project coordinator in Egypt. Orange business services manager and integrates the complexity of international communications, freeing their customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that drive their business.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- People management skills like leader coordinating, managing a number of individuals in support of an account, provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to new and existing staff and manage project-specific teams as required.
- Financial skills as the project manager are committed to managing the finances for a project and control expenditures and manage the P&L and control the cost to deliver.
- The ability to communicate, organize a face to face customer meeting.
- The ability to manage a large team with specific skills.
- The ability to organize the delivery of a complex service.
- Understanding of advanced networking problematic.
- The ability to speak a local language for premium offers delivery or English for default offers delivery.
- The ability to develop a level of credibility that positions orange business services to collaborate on the construction of customer business cases.
- The ability to produce high quality written materials like proposals, business cases, organizational plans, and presentations, etc. conveying complex analysis and arguments concisely.
- Work in a virtual team environment.
- It's preferred to have a degree in the telecommunications field.
- A degree or diploma and Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or equivalent.
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in the specified local telecommunications area.
- Customer service and telecommunications experience are highly desirable.
- Previous involvement in network deployment projects.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering the agreed outcomes required from the project. Conduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage customer expectations both stated and un-stated.
- Estimate times for all activities and prepare a delivery schedule. Control performance to meet the deadlines according to the schedule.
- Plan, allocate and manage budgets. Manage third party equipment and suppliers.
- APM is involved early during the quotation phase and has extensive contacts with the customer headquarters to refine exact needs.
- Ensure high-value delivery to the customer.
- Interact with all stakeholders, maintain the engagement of team members.
- APM is responsible for internal and external communications and management reporting. A key deliverable for this activity is the production of the POM document (Project Overview Message).
- Provided visibility into the status and progress of activities, linkages, and dependencies across the organization.
- Ensure early capture of risks and preparation of mitigation plan.
