Opportunity description

Royal Jordanian is offering a job opportunity to work as a Call Center agent in Jordan. The successful applicant will maintain all operational aspects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing incoming reservation calls and emails from direct customers, Agents & RJ Agent offices worldwide for all RJ services
  2. Delivering service quality to the highest level
  3. Issuing all passenger e-tickets and other customer documentation, to complete all customer bookings accurately.
  4. Maintain all operational aspects, which include no show actions, complaint handling, supplier communication, pre-departure issues. In order to provide a seamless RJ booking service for passengers.
  5. Liaise with the Call center Operations Manager and supervisor to manage effective rosters to ensure that the Call Centre is sufficiently staffed to cope with the required demand. 
  6. Using initiative to continually recommend improvements to the overall running of the Call Centre operation.

Qualifications:

  1. Telephone skills.
  2. Communication skills.
  3. Experience in the use of Airline GDS systems is preferred.
  4. Business Administration or any related field
  5. Years of Experience Min: 0 Max: 3
  6. Degree: Bachelor's degree
