Zain Jordan offers a full-time job as a Business Analysis Team Member. The employee will support the implementation of monthly and annual business functions by providing assistance and support to these entities in shaping a well-rounded and clear requirement that can be implemented by technical teams, in addition to setting and analyzing the requirements and service specifications of the new platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Preferred to have 2 years of relevant experience.

Main Responsibilities:
- Participating in analyzing concepts produced by Commercial functions, to identify new products, services or processes requirements, in order to complete the product development life from preparing the proper documentation and following up till the product reach the ready to go stage.
- Contribute to the development and simplification of the required specifications as per the levels of the standard templates and using a well-organized language.
- Facilitate the communication between different functions in the company by acting as a liaison between the various business units.
- Suggest new ideas for products, services, and initiatives that will maintain customer retention, and increase customer acquisition.
- Participating in designing testing scenarios and submitting them to quality assurance teams who will be performing the tests and enhance the product if needed based on the test results.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Keep up to date with technology trends that may help the company in providing new services, reducing cost or enhance the customer experience.
