Zain Jordan hiring Contract Management Advisor Team Member who will review contracts and agreements and then provide advice and recommendation aimed at ensuring the protection of the company's interest and maintaining the optimal trading position.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal inputs to the company's negotiations with legal third parties such as legal and commercial entities in relation to the Company's agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with Zain's strategic objectives.
2. Prepare and review the company's contracts and ensure compliance with government laws and set terms and conditions.
3. Provide legal advice and advice to the relevant departments of laws and legislation related to the scope of their work to increase the efficiency of decision making.
4. Study and analyze tenders and proposals to ensure that the terms of the binding agreements with customers, sellers and employees are legal and in accordance with the company policy.
5. Identify and assess risks and opportunities that may require future action to reflect such matters with the development of contract clauses.
6. Participate in contractual negotiations and establish and maintain a reliable relationship with service providers.
7. Maintain and archive documents, agreements, litigation and related contracts for future reference.
8. Perform other duties related to the job assigned by the direct supervisor.

Eligibility criteria:

1 .Holds a bachelor's degree in law or related field.
2. You must have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
3. Master's degree in law.
