Job Opportunity for Saudi Nationals: Strategy or Marketing Consultants

Bluefin Talent is looking to recruit a Saudi Nationals as Strategy or Marketing Consultants to join the team of a consulting company based in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be able to use their strategic business consulting skills to work with clients through all stages of transformation projects. 

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support on client assignments that help to develop a strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality. 
2. Consult with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients and operating success by developing insight, conducting an independent analysis, and meeting with clients to assure assignment progress. 
3. Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations, and provide implementation assistance as required. 
4. Construct the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/graduate degree from a top school. MBA would be a plus.
2. Must be Saudi Nationals.
3. Three to five years of experience with either FMCG industry as a Brand Manager or Marketing manager or functional work showing progressive promotion, and outstanding academic achievement.
4. Business-level fluency in English and Arabic.
5. Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
6. Candidates from FMCG industry, strategy consulting, or marketing firm would be concerned.
7. Excellent analytical skills with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses.
8. Imagination and creativity.
9. Judgment and maturity.
10. Interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work in a team environment.
