Sapphire Recruitment Consultants is offering a job opportunity in Dubai as a Senior Finance Manager.
Eligibility:
- Only UAE Nationals with a family book.
- Higher Diploma and Above in Finance / Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and financial reports.
- Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software, powerpoint, and Word Processing software.
Job Description:
- Analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
- Controlling the fixed assets.
- Determining proper handling of financial and approval transactions within the designated limits.
- Establishing and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Overseeing Financial Department employees along with VP Finance including Financial assistants and accountants.
- Preparing finance reports and some other static reports.
- Preparing and post the monthly close for all prepayments, accrual, depreciation and write off fixed assets transaction in the accounting system.
- Presenting financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
- Providing insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Reviewing the monthly employee salary, pension and other employee benefits for payment.
- Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Tracking clients’ financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
- Understanding and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Working to understand and anticipate the customer’s current and future requirements.
- Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations.
- Taking personal responsibility for maintaining regular and clear communication with customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Being self-directed and taking the initiative in achieving team goals.
- Identifying the information and operational resources required.
Benefits:
AED 26-28,000 per month.
