Zain Bahrain offers an opportunity to be a member of Youth Development Zain Youth. The youth program gathers a group of ambitious youth who attempt to take part in the business world. This team of lively youth is trained through a series of engaging activities and development opportunities.The candidate will be responsible for coordination between the different departments to ensure the successful deployment of four main tracks for Zain youth: Future Pioneers, Final Class, Summer Training and Orientation, to ensure the successful implementation of Zain youth programs and activities.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Bahraini national.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in any relative field of study.
3. Ability to influence senior management and peers, build business case to tie social responsibility to core business strategy.
4. Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
6. Good communicator with ability to make public presentations and create effective written and digital content.
7. Ability to build strong working relationships with all levels .
8. Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing engagement plans, communications campaigns, and community events.
