Job Opportunity in Canada as a Digital Trade Marketing Specialist in Nestle

Nestle is looking for a digital trade marketing specialist for Nespresso based at the Montreal location reporting to the trade marketing manager. This person will play an active role within the trade marketing team to ensure that all acquisition tools are maximized by supporting the sales team, thereby meeting annual objectives effectively and profitably. As a digital trade marketing specialist, you will have to maximize the presence and digital efficiency with the company's business partners. You will coordinate activities among the various channels and develop business processes to increase team productivity. You will coordinate special projects that help the team’s productivity and effectiveness.

3. It's preferred to have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate environment with a digital marketing and sales background or similar position.
5. Presentation and negotiating skills.
6. Strong analytical and budget management skills.
7. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Knowledge of market and channel specifics.
9. Accuracy and organization skills.
10. The capability of managing complexity.
11. Ability to work independently.
12. Written and spoken skills in English and French. 
13. Be highly organized and motivated.
14. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
15. Proficiency in MS Office.
16. Knowledge in printing, production and E-Commerce.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure strong digital presence & exposure with all the trade partners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with a direct channels to enable consistency between channels and ensure to respect all HQ brand guidelines.
• Develop & maintain trade partner brand pages to ensure optimal experience & conversion.
• Implement & execute all acquisition campaigns in coordination with key partners and follow up on execution and performance.
• Participate in E-Commerce SKU assortment based on performance & opportunities.
• Drive brand consideration with e-retail by increasing digital visibility and search through the company's platforms.
• Explore new partnerships to accelerate the brand’s impact (Ratings&Reviews, Social Commerce…).
• Develop and support E-Comm key account-specific initiatives and opportunities (Ex. Amazon Prime Day, Flash Sales).
• Support Amazon key account to ensure optimal ROI (AMG, AMS) and participate in the strategy development.
• Develop relationships with customer digital teams.
• Manage and support team with different tracking tools.
• Weekly check of all digital platforms and ensure execution & compliance.
